Account recovery?

I believe this is the right spot to post this, at least I hope so xD.

I know I have waited awhile to get this submitted, so it is probably too late (If I ever had a chance), but I felt I should ask this just out of curiosity, and hope...

About 15-16 months ago, my computer crashed. I couldn't log on under safe mode, and nothing seemed to work (The blue screen of death for all you dell-users out there). Any who, after this occurred, I needed to reboot (I don't know the right term for it) my system, and it wiped all of the memory on it. This meant that I had lost my Graal account passwords, e-mails, and other information I needed to log on. I remember the account names that I used, and I remember the kills (Roughly) that I had on each account for the main server that I played (Which wouldn't be possible if I didn't own the accounts, unless I was some kind of weirdo). I even have some people that can vogue for me that I had previously boughten them. I doubt that their word will be good enough (Which is understandable). Anyway, is their anyway I could retrieve those accounts? If not, I will perfectly understand. Again, this was mainly a question out of curiosity, and I knew that it couldn't hurt to ask .

File your ticket under the 'account' section. You can make an account on the site, it's not directly linked to your actual Graal account.

Try to have the following information ready:

-Name of account(s)
-Paypal receipt, or receipt from whenever you bought the account
-Email accounts you used to sign up with on those account(s)

That's the problem.

I'm not entirely sure what e-mail(s) I used during the transactions. My paypal got hacked, so I had to change everything and get a new account.

In short, I have no proof of anything, just a memory of the kills I achieved on each account.

Thanks anyways though.

When you Re-Format your computer your emails do not get deleted.. You were using an internet browser or outlook I don't care you can simply log into the website and get the passwords. If you don't remember the emails then obviusly they are not your accounts.

When you format the hard drive with your OS (operative system) on, and then reinstall it, your pcid will have changed. That's why he can't logon Graal anymore, since he most likely had it locked to his previous pcid.

I am aware of that, but I frequently change my e-mail. My only question is, is that it would be odd if I remembered the stats for each account, yet they weren't mine.

I was aware that I probably wouldn't get the accounts back, and as I said, it was mainly out of curiosity.

Anyone thats opened your profile would also know your stats as they save on their computers as well. Which is one reason that knowing such information can't prove ownership. Back to the issue though. The only person that can help you is accounts support and without any of the information needed to prove ownership you're pretty much out of luck in regaining the accounts.

profiles are also saved in the graal folder. (if you have it enabled, and I think by default it is) so yeah. that wouldn't be a very good way to prove your identity.

Can try giving account support some of your IP history, I'm sure they have logs to check.

I couldn't view the profiles if my computer had it's memory wiped

And it's cool. I was just wondering. I didn't think that anybody would actually take my word.

I can tell you the stats of most accounts. So? Another question, why bother posting this if you have no intention of retriving it.

He did have intention of retrieving it, he wasn't sure if anything could be done. Don't be so hard on his, he was only asking a simple question.

Back on topic, Aldaris, if you don't have any proof that would bought the account there is not really a way to do it. Try to figure out your password if you want it that bad.

It depends. If he was using Outlook and saved the e-mails through outlook, and deleted them from his e-mail server he probably lost them. Outlook saves copies to the computer, and even though he may still have them on Outlook doesn't mean they're still in his e-mail server.

Unless you're using IMAP or an Exchange server.
