You tend to overdesign your art. Lightsaber hilts (the handle) are quite thin...

That looks like any regular sword to me.

Please, do NOT disgrace Star Wars by even thinking about calling it a lightsaber. It needs MAJOR reworks to fall into that category.

It's the hilt that's too wide, not the handle. The handle is what you actually grip the sword by. The hilt creates a stopping point you can use to pull your weapon back out if it gets stuck.

First the blade looks like it's gonna fall from the handle, so this is why I always try to find a way to FIX it to the handle, so like it's stuck inside it.
The end of the handle(bottom) is really big, and the design makes it like we can use it like a gun or w/e

ahh k the german translation of hilt and handle is the same

so i thought i can use both :O
