Well, their names describe it pretty well, but they are basically the two different ends.

Clientside deals with the client, it's processes that happen just on the players end.

Serverside deals with the server itself.

This is correct. Outside of being a unique identifier for the NPC-Server to split the script into server- and clientside parts, it is nothing more than a comment.
