Here are the new Requirements To Submit a Playerworld!!!

There has been a lot of question about what are the requirement to submit a playerworld for testing well here they are.

1. Must Have Atleast 300 LEVELS!!!
2. Must Have A Map Made!!
3. The PW must contain atleast 2 Heart Quests Completed and Ready
4. The PW must be atleast 90% Complete. (I was told by Stefan to only test PWs that were atleast 90% complete so I didn't make this one up)
5. I do not handle PWs going up as Under Construction so don't try to send me PWs you want up as Under Constuction. Stefan has to deal with that not me, and as far as I care I think there should be no more Under Construction PWs. There are plenty of them right now.

Ok I am going to be very strict about these rules...if someone send me a PW that is under 300 levels I will trash it immediatly.
Also if someone sends me a PW with no map or if it does not follow one of the other requirements I will trash it immediatly.
So if you end up submitting a world like that and you don't get a response then you know why you didn't. Also give me atleast a week to test your PW when you submit. Some of you think that I have to look at it as soon as I get it. Well I won't and if people bug me about it I will make sure to check there PW last.

and as for the UC servers, we just send them to Stefan, right?

OMG, 300? it was 200 and so I was like 220 but some levels that were just **** I deleted. now were back down to about 200 and you said we go could go up if we fixed 2 bad trees or somthing. Oh well, I guess im gonna have to work even harder. =\

BTW, i have 2 questions. First, are you guys gonna take down all the PWs up right now with less than 300 levels and a map? Also, what if I never wanna be 90% done? What if I never want it to be done? Just an ongoing project? Just reach 90% and keep working and never saying were past 90%?? LOL

These two rules are disgusting.

3. I DO NOT WANT HEART QUESTS ON PROVIDENCE, it's a roleplaying server, not a freaking server where you quest for the magic fish of ***ness and gain a stupid heart for it. I'm sure a lot of other servers don't want the heart format either. This rule angers me!

4. Providence, Val, and any other roleplaying server will never BE "90% finished" because they go on and on, there is no finish.

I think they get sent to Stefan and then if Stefan likes them, they are put up.

The PWs are sent to Stefan if they pass us..and then Stefan determines wether they go up.

Ok about that question the hearts don't have to be quests they can be on there anyway you want...but there has to be atleast 2 hearts for a player to obtain when they are on the PW.

And the 90% rule well the reason I do that is because most PWs submitted are not Role playing. You seem to think every PW that is submitted is Roleplaying...not even 1% of them submitted are roleplaying. Most of them are worlds people made. And the other reason I made the 300 level rule and 90% rule is because people are sending me PWs that have like 20 levels asking can I get put. I am sick and tired of it. 300 levels is a reasonable amount and is not hard to get...you people act like it is going to take a million years to make a PW with 300 levels. Gosh!! I know there are PWs without 300 levels but guess what they were put up before I was put in charge of PW Management. The reason I made those rules is so it would be a lot harder to get a world up. I am tired of seeing all these pointless worlds get put up. So get over it you bunch of people who keep whining and complaining.

You seem to have completley missed my point on this.

What if I want the players to only have 3 hearts. Quests will be for something different. I don't care about the 2 quest rule, its the hearts, why must you require us to give the players atleast a total of 5 hearts?

A PW must have at least two items or hearts you can obtain in a Quest or means of purchase or something.
