Accounts forum?

Should there be an accounts forum?
I don't really feel like these things need
to be discussed (complaining about
accounts being banned and discuss about
the 'damn' admins who did it) but somehow
we have a lot of threads about that
lately and it is destroying the community
because no one writes about in-game stuff
anymore, like rp stuff or graphics or
events or whatever.

I'm thinking there should be a complaint/arguing forum, so people can go fight and whine there.

how about when you post in the accounts form It deletes your post then we dont have to listen to people who broke the rules complain.

When I say a roleplaying forum I mean to use it for roleplaying in, not to discuss kingdoms.
