Fun Weapons

Ok Im sure you guys know by now Im not all for super powerful weapons so heres what I thought. They could make it possible to have more fun weapons (Ex: Blaster) they work like the regular event weapons. Fun weapons being stuff like Blaster etc... harmless fun. I was thinking they could add maybe 4 or 5 weapons like that that are more harmless and fun than overpowered. Then they could host them more often since they aren't overpowered like RP, BP, Reapers. Anyone else like the idea of fun event weapons they could give away more often?

That would be abused though. Im saying like stuff that freezes and bounces back maybe a gun that has kickback.

I guess I have an idea. A hammer that stops you from moving. When it hits you, you turn into an accordion like those bugs bunny cartoons.

The chainbubbles would envelop you and float you back about 10 tiles.

Banana Peel....drop these and they make your enemy or yourself slip or slide a few tiles.

acme rocket pack. when used it takes off leaving a black mark on your back.

rubber granades

mines that freeze player, have slime effect, or even teleporting mines(they don't do damage)

packages that give random effects to players: HP/speed bonuses, slime/onfire/frozen effects, bullet shields, extra bombs or medkits/cookies, ammo refills (could appear in random places or be hidden)

acme would have to have something to do damage though.

thats along the bubble one. Teleporting mines are already in game.Random packages I don't know. So what are the ones you guys want to try to get sayain to make gfx for?

Its called a dropship recall. It is on the alpha dropship class squadleader. It sends you back to the dropship.

i mean a mine a player would set and if an enemy steps on it he/she would be warped to a random location on the gmap

Ya that's what I thought you meant. But think about it a traitor of a team can place mines at both of the HQs. The enemy could then use them to warp from base to base in seconds.

could have an event with the players beating eachother with sticks until one player is knocked out of the arena (or could use sparring arenas but if a player touchs a wall that player is warped out and loses)

If they warp to a randon location it really wouldn't be as tactical as you say it would be, and I thought these were ideas for event weapons?

I don't think so. I use blaster and lavagun quite often on gwars and lavagun was an event weapon. Blaster would be fun as an event weapon and it would be used to.

These aren't *fun* weapons. They are tactical weapons used to kill people. The zone community isn't inteligent enough to know how to use them tactically. Though I do like the idea.

Well duh thats why I like them if someone knew how to use them I would die from them and not like the gun. Silly jesse but it would be nice to have blaster and lavagun at least as event weapons?

The Lava Gun is not ever to leave Gwars! If someone ever found out how to use that, Then Zone would be slaughtered.(It kicks butt, It does 25 Damage! And yes, I use it on Gwars sometimes.)

I like the idea, But for Blaster, No, Unless they fix how it traps you on a wall in the tents(It would happen the same way in bunkers on Iricia.

Anyway, i think for a new "Fun" weapon you should think of something totally farfetched, random and suckish. Weapons that are funny and cool are a lot better than weapons that "Pwn" and stuff, because... Well, giving players that are already better than everyone to win an event, even better weapons.. Isn't logical really..

Should make a smoke tag like of Gears of War, thats so funny.. If you tag them with a grenade they have like 2 seconds to live then they explode, but if you tag them with a smoke grenade they just spout smoke off there back and look like a *****. I think it would be funny to go suicidle hitting people with smoke grenades. (No damage)

Nah, nothing that could increase lamage, just something that would be funny. Like the hammer idea, sept.. More unique.. How about a little toy doll of all the staff members that you can control and when you press "S" it says "Stupid noob" :P

Guys, I *accidently* snapped my Supernanny action figure in half... And then the dog *magically* got ahold of it and *accidently* tore it to shreads then *magically flew* to the junk yard where it was *accidently* placed in some thing that crushed it to bits and then a dragon *magically* appeared from thin air and *accident* burned what was left of it...

I like the idea alot, But it would only be used on the dropship for fun.

Or you could use it to distract the enemy! xD (After 200 Damage, It would have a small explosion, Which if anyone was near only do 10 Damage.)

portable hole: when this lovely contraption is placed under your target, he/she will fall right through and be warped anywhere there is action.
