I needa staff to help me with a global guild problem.

my guild leader Ragnarok_Returns was banned from graal and he said he's gonna give his leadership to DarklordNero (second leader tho the guildholder is another person which makes Nero in 3rd place) but he never went on ever again and now the guild is kinda stuck and we need a global staff to help with this problem cuz the 2 leaders doesn't go on graal and it needs a new leader.

If you didn't get it, the 'guild holder' and the fake Ragnarok are the same person.

Why cant you just get him to just come online? You can still log into graalonline.com when you are globally banned.

Hmm, this brings up a good question, when the leaders of guilds are banned, what happens to the guild? Is it fair that the rest should suffer because of their leader? Especially if the guild is well established.

Its really not all that difficult of a concept to understand. Nobody really needs to suffer. Rag banned, if the people beneath him don't have enough rights to maintain the guild without its admin someone else just makes a new guild. Good example, Ventrue Vampires, VV, Ventrue. All the same guild, differant admins. The guild never suffered from Goth doing his normal disappearing act. The only reason I suggested a ticket is if Ragnorak wishes to transfer the guild to someone else it would need to be done manually.
Ragnorak_Returns may not want it transferred though since he isn't playing anymore.

I meant outside of this issue.

Perhaps when people are banned their details are looked at a bit more?
