Era got a free dev server once upon a time, and I'm sure plenty of other servers have aswell. Servers that make it to the Hosted tab should be exempt from server bills, but should have to show significant progress or something.
It's dumb that servers that have already been recognized as higher quality are allowed to just die off because of moneygrubbing.

Era only got a free Dev server because Stefan was personally working on the server. Notice Stefan was not personally working with Zenkou.

And no other servers have recieved a free Dev server unless theyve worked with Stefan himself on the server.

Not entirely true but you could say that servers like
Oasis
Shifting Ages
Graal2210 or something

some other servers had free dev servers and didnt do anything with them.

None of them had free dev servers. They simply were classic account allowed.
