MP3 Problem

I want to use some mp3s on a server and uploaded it into our sounds folder, but it just gives a console error that it could not be found when I try to play it.

do it return like not downloadable or something?

hmm, when I am thinking of it, uploading .wav to levels/sounds/ don't always work :[

Hm..convert it to wav then? If not, not sure why.

Maximum download size on regular gservers is 1MByte for a single file. Only the login-servers and Graal3D are allowed to send bigger files.

Kinda stupid in my opinion, because converting to midi is impossible and converting to wav makes it even bigger...I could upload it to my VIP webhosting, but the configuration suxx and it always fails to upload a file thats bigger then 1mb...

I thought you weren't supposed to upload things like Mp3's and midis to Gservers anyways? Just host them somewhere else and play them from there.

That will suck bandwidth from your host. Hopefully, they won't mind it, but otherwise you may be in trouble.
