Gui's are Screwed up!

Whenever I log onto the computer I'm using right now the guis dont fully show. I've tried redownloading graal and such, I got the image from my friend and updated my current one, etc... Can someone help?

I fixed. I referenced this page

I switched from 32 to 16 just like he did, this is very wierd o.O

I remember that there were problems with Intel cards not being able to do some 3D/stretching effects in 32bit mode

Most computers are shipped with Intel onboard gfx

You shouldn't be on 32 bit mode on a horrible display anyway, my old radeon 7500LE would stutter a lot on that color mode.

But notebooks w/ a better gfx card are more expensive.
And integrated gfx can't be changed
