date() and time() functions

Like the functions found in PHP. Would be useful so we don't have to make our own.

PHP time()» is equivalent to GScript timevar2.

However, I would like to see something similar to a date()» function.

I should have said now()
But the point is still there. Make a function which returns the current time and another function to return day/month/year

Also, it would be pretty poor if a mod removed links to a programming site. Especially official documentation
