And by that, of course, you mean give them access on debug to upload to temp folders so that the content can be ignored / recycled for years by dNeonb? Sounds like a plan.

Sam despite looking too modern, I think you forget that their are go-karts on the main island.

Honestly, I like to see more of this, we need to upload more items, I've been saying it all along. The best way to fix the economy and make the game for fair is to flood the server with items, even just mediocre ones. This will give people more options, so that they are not all stuck with the same crap items wishing they could afford all the best ones. This would be better to allow mixing and matching of items.

Furthermore, I think items should be droppable by monsters.

For instance, someone should make a glove and call it something like Werewolf Claw with some basic stats like (speed+1)(armor+4), and they could have like a 5% chance to drop when you kill a wolf. Or perhaps you can get them as a return quest for turning in a wolf's hand to a certain "Wolf Hunter" NPC or a "Taxidermist" or something.

This would make it easier for noobs to get things like gloves, which usually they cannot get until later, and since the stats are very low, it would not be over-powered.

Maybe skeletons could drop on a 5% a Bone Armguard which is a bracer with like (armor+9)(resist fear+5). It doesn't have to have AC or anything special, just so there are OPTIONS for new players, and they can have a little more fun hunting and trading items.

Honestly, I'd like to see a random-drop implemented.

Like have a database of lower level items and basic things that would drop randomly from monsters at like a 2-5% chance or something. Some things that could be on the list would be things you can already craft in shops, like Silver Chainmail, but add a script that throws 1 extra random stat on monster dropped items, to make them unique, so that way people can hunt and try to find they one they need. For example, a list of random bonuses that could be added.

+1 to the item enchantment.
+1 to one randomly chosen stat. (str, cha, dex, luck, etc)
+1 to speed.
+5 to the base armor or any of the various resistances. (fear, confusion, fire, ice, electricity, etc.)
+1 to magic
+3 to damage

Having random effects added to items would making hunting monsters alot more fun because of the chance of finding something unique.

Also, it would be neat to add something like a 1% or a 0.5% chance of finding an item with a double bonus. Like a +2 instead of a +1.

That's like saying, "Theres already fighting shields. (Pirate and Dustari)" D:

Agreed, too many people are of a mind that basicly denies variance. "Oh, there is already a shield with Int+ on it." So? Why not have 4, 5 or 20, all with different styles?

Half the fun of GK is collecting items, why not add more items to collect?

I made a bow that got uploaded, but was only actually applied to two currently existing items, when it was suppose to actually be graphics for every version of that item.

So it sits, incomplete, because Jagen was lazy and didn't complete the upload, he didn't even add the mud_icon.
