Whoever is updating the castle also needs the correct Samurai chapel, the one with the original bible NPC.

If I could, I'd also give myself the ability to lock the church in case of invasion, but that's no matter.

well, since the samurai castle doenst have many NPCs, why not take a snap shot of each level (but save it as a .graal) instead of wasting Stefan's precious time?
