A minor problem.

Ok. As you all know (or all of you that play Graal Kingdoms anyway) MechEagle, my brother, got a new account back in december (i believe) called BayArea. Now, When he got the account, he asked Stefan to transfer his diamonds (the 600 he used to prep his dagger) over to BayArea, so he could use them to prep another weapon. Stefan agreed and never got around to it (i guess).

Now, He wants to know if he can get his work from MechEagle transfered over to BayArea...

If it dont happen, o well...but thats kinda shady if you guys dont transfer it...It'll just be a waste of time, and a waste of alot of hard work...

So what i'm asking, is if one of you staff members (the higher levels in staff) could transfer the accounts stats over...Bjorn told me I had to ask Stefan...I just sent him a Forum Pm, and got no answer, like usual.

so this is what i'm asking:

Have MechEagle 's stats transfered over to BayArea 's account, this way my brother didnt waste his time (over a years worth) for no reason.

I dont think he cares to much about getting his 600 diamonds back, but i'm sure he'd appreciate it...

That's all. I hope one of you Higher Staff finds it right to not let him have wasted all his hard work for nothing...

rofls srry this would be to lazy mech needs to learn to redo his stats maybe he could make his stats better some ways to so really getting a new account is like becoming a entirely new player and not being the same.. transfering stats shouldnt be allowed because when ixi got a new account did he go and ask stefan to transfer his stats no.. he got them back himself so really mech needs to get them back himself but i can see about the diamonds those he should have help with but not the stats ..

Why should the staff go out of their way to basically give the second account 600 diamonds to prep an item that was used and locked to the other account? You say that is 'shady.' I say it's common sense.

i dont think you know what shady is then. if you worked for something, you earned the right to keep it. heres an example:

say you've been working for a company for 20 years, then all of a sudden you work for another company that does the same exact thing, does that mean your pay should go all the way down to what you were being payed the first year you started doing that type of work?

mech bought the MechEagle account, worked hard on it for a year, lost the password (it was only saved to his computer) so he bought BayArea, why should all of his work be thrown away like he never did it?

Eh, I have the same problem, i sent stefan a PM like 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt been read, I then PMed unix 12 days ago and it still hasnt been read... I wish they would just listen to us for once and atleast give us an answer its really starting to annoy me now this **** customer service

Edit: Yes, i realise they may be busy or whatever... bjorn is busy, sam is busy but if I ever send them a forum PM i get a reply within 24 hours and they arent even paid to do a job such as reading PMs... I wish stefan and unix would just take a day to read and reply to all their PMs it would help A LOT

try using the support center. http://support.graalonline.com/
seriously it took stefan like 2 days tops to respond to my questions through it. the other staff are even quicker to respond.

Tough ****. It wasn't GraalOnline's fault that your brother lost the password. You two are trying to gain something from his carelessness.

And your example is horrible. LOL

Edit: There are ways to recover his account if you two actually tried other than demanding items while trying to push a guilt trip over on the staff.

The few times I have sent forum pm's to sam the repl has come in within 15 minutes. He is VERY good about it. Stefan not so much. I sent him a pm and it wasn't checked it was made 3 monthss ago and still hasn't even been read. This thread isn't about that though. If bayarea became skilled at one account then switched its his fault. He should have made a back up. Is there even any proof that its his account?

We know there are other ways, but now those other ways would mean having to dish out another $44 dollars just so he can get it back. If theres a way to get it back, then whats the harm in transfering his stats to his new acc? i bet you didnt take time to think about that one

Im not pushing anything on staff, im not "demanding" items, Stefan and mech already talked around christmas, and stefan was willing to give mech his diamonds back, he probly just forgot about it because he was busy with the christmas quest. I asked if they could transfer his stats. stop gettin **** twisted.

The account is a trial, but his password is still saved in his computer. And i'm pretty sure he still knows the email account (even though the email is no longer active, because we switched to comcast)

Why do people feel the need to switch accounts.... Keep one account and you wont have this problem. If you get a new account you have to fix it yourself....

I gave the reason(s). Either carelessness in losing the password/account or just plain bored.

Look plain and simple Bayarea will have to get all his stuff back. The smart thing to do would have been to transfer his stuff to you so he could use it on his new account. He's out of luck and will have to gain it all back plain and simple.

loljob. Of course. If you start working for another company, they aren't going to be like "Oh! You've worked for some other company doing the same sort of stuff. So we'll just figure out how much you were paid before, and pay you that."

When you get a new job, you start at the bottom.

That's why you stay with the same company. In this case, the same account.

Not nearly as shady as getting a new account instead of upgrading the one you already have.

How is it shady that they won't go out of their way to transfer the items to his account. I don't know your brother, but what has he done to deserve special treatment that other players dont get? If they transfer items for one person everyone will be bugging them and it will become a huge mess. I stopped playing Graal for close to 2 years and then recently started again and got a new account, but I'm not *****ing to staff on every server to give me back my stats. He's gotta earn them.

Also, why are you telling us this? Is your brother incapable of contacting staff by himself?
