Pet Evolutions!! (Realistic)

I've thought it all through and it gota positive feed back in-game.

lets take for example the horse,
when it reaches age 5 days old it can evolve if you provide a dragon pearl.
at age 10 days it has it's final evolution,

Evolution 1 is a slight improvement, and final is amazing.

but there is also something else.

Depending on what you feed it changes what it becomes.
feed it normal tasty foods it turns into a hero evolution,

feed it rotten foods such as monster parts it has a evil evolution.

here is a list of pet evolutioins and abilities.:

Horse (Hero) age 5: Unicorn, (Abilities) increased speed
Age 10: Winged unicorn, (flight ability, controlled like zepplin,)

Horse (Evil) age 5: Devil Horn Horse (Abilities) Increased speed,
Age 10: Winged devil horse (flight ability)

Yoda (hero) age 5: Helper (abilities) Carries items
Age 10: Yoda knight (Abilities) equips sword and fights, but is vunrable to monster attacks, can be slain, (yoda is in perminent peaceful mode, cannot hurt players)

Yoda (Evil) Same as other except looks evil

Squirell (hero) age 5: Treasure Hunter (Abilities) Digs up bury bags if walks over one, Age 10: fights monsters can be slain, it digs under ground and attacks from ground, like the worms found in brutal maps.

Squirell (Evil) Same but different graphics,

Monkey (Hero) Age 5: (abilities) Basic pickpocket skill against monsters, can be slain) Age 10: (Pickpocket skill based on character mental lvl)

Monkey (Evil) Same but different graphics

Choupa (Hero) Age 5: (abilities) Carries items (more than Yodas)
age 10: (can attack but be slain, uses a ramming attack with horn to hurt monsters)

Choupa (Evil) Same but different graphics

The reason you need dragon pearl is some evolutions have disadvantages aswell as advantages,

But it would lighten up the game magnificantly,

All pets with attack abilities cannot harm or be harmed by players,

however only if two owners of pets permit the pets can fight each other,
this could be apart of a new em hosting event,
((like pokemon for example))

giving each pet a role would be amazing,
this is certainly worth doing, please don't let this idea die like most.

i would even help!

each player who wants to should take the pics from directory, recolour and draw the evolution addons like horns ect, submit them to staff,
then staff could upload,

maybe even vote on which pic is the best
seems the only way!

NOTE!: Breeding evolved pets would make a new pet from it's first form, i.e just a regular pet.

pokemon is a completely different game, no pet lvl up system. no exp gains, just gotta wait til it reaches age and aquire a dragon pearl, thats nothing like pokemon, and the pet battles is just some fun to introduce a new event

Bahamut Lagoon had the cool system where you could feed them different stuff and they would morph, though.

EVO anyone? Anyways, I think this idea would be pretty cool, but what would be the point in having a good and evil version if the only difference is graphics? I mean sure, you would like to have a different looking one, but there should be advantages and disadvantages in choosing between the good and the evil. I think it would spice things up more which isn't a bad thing.

bearing in mind Graal is a rp game,
people roleplay as good and evil characters,

Example. mine,,
Was Evil.. turned good.

Others roleplay as Evil lords and vampires the sort,
Having a pet match the character is a good thing to have,

since when yould you see a dark demon lord guy walking merrily with a squirell?
it would never happen,
however if the squirell was black surrounded by a dark aura, and looked relatively evil. it seems more realistic

Anyways whats that bahumut game? never played it,

Also its not a con of pokemon, like mentioned evolution was before pokemon,
Sega mega drive had a monster game that your monsters evolve,

Plus..
The pet fighting pet idea wasn't apart of the Main idea, it was one of the side things that the staff might want to add if they wanted an extra event,
why?
its a gamble event,

normally you have events where if you lose, try again.
well what if you lose more than that? a...friend?
people get attatched to pets over long periods of time,
because some people like their company, or perhaps you plan to further evolve it, you risk your pet by placing in these events,

So if you risk it and win, well you'd be proud of your pet, and cheer up the other combatants that your pet owned,

So basically it raises the heat in event games.

Plus it could allow your pet to develop a story of it's own,
Of course you'd have to tell it hehe
