RC Folders

I can't add RC folders... can someone help?

Make sure you have the sufficient RC rights first off. Second, open the
'Folder Configuration' on your RC. Now if your adding a 'levels' folder, input this line.

levels levels/yournewfoldernamehere/.nw

After you adding the correct lines in your folder configuration, open your rights, then add "rw levels/yournewfoldernamehere/

Im sure it's something like that (Havent been on RC in quite sometime, and cant do so now), but give it a shot. If it's wrong, im sure others will be able to assist you.

I mean I just bought a server. There are no folders anywhere and I can't add any.

Give yourself rw rights to the folder you want to create, along with rw to the entire tree. Example, set your folder rights to this:

rw */*
rw */*/*
rw */*/*/*
rw */*/*/*/*

And if you want to create a folder, levels/mods/*, then add it to folder options, and give yourself rights to it to create it.

rw levels/mods/*

That should create the folder in the FTP.
