Hi. What's up?
Well I'm bored and I was just going through a few posts but there are way too many to read through, so I thought I would just make a post, see if I could get some answers on a few things. What is the current state of GK? Who are the highest level players? What new things have come out in the last year or so. When I quit playing I gave all my stuff to anU, so I don't even intend on coming back, but I was just curious as to what's going on

No new monsters or anything of the like, but the spell system was redone

^ You make it sound so lame "oh yeah the spell system was redone" hahaha.

It's more like "The spell system had a killer revamp and magical graphics have really improved." I'm happy that all of the spells actually work now and do really cool things. The magic rune was fixed and traps are a must in wars now. Destruction is the same though... hilarious.

[Zero Hour]

There are a fist full of new monsters, mostly used for events. The highest level is 110, which is the max (People have been abusing bugs to glitch EXP easier). Lots of new weapons, but the administration usually only pushes out a FEW good ones (wussies).

Was stangnant, as far as development goes, for a while... but there's some more stuff being done now. Oh, and alchemey is back, but this time it doesn't suck.

Cloak Graphics have been uploaded to gk. You can actually see a cloak on your character now. There is a variety of colors

Malinko also redid the tileset so the grass, snow, sand, and water look more realistic.

Eh... nothing really ground-breaking.
Some monsters were made but they aren't really that exciting and you don't really see them that often anyway.
Spells were worked on, but now it's more imbalanced than it was before in my opinion. Graphic-wise, it was an upgrade. But now there is only like 2 or 3 spells that are PvP viable.
Alchemy got revamped. Reagents are all obtainable items now.

All in all, I say you didn't really miss anything. GK is still the same boring grind as it was before.
