GK was decently fun for a while, then I hit level 21 (was the highest at the time) and it was boring, and realized that it was just the game Crossfire crafted into Graal form. There have been a couple dev worlds that looked promising, but anymore none of the servers are really that amazing

Main reason being 'Graal doesn't offer any kind of support'. It's hard to get a playerworld 'started'. If Graal offered a standard helping pack that includes basic systems such as
'Custom movement', 'Basic GUI interface', 'Standard Item-based System', 'Basic weapons'
It's not hard to do this, yet Graal doesn't offer any of those. Ben has made a couple of these, but they don't explain how they work.
Anyhow, Era is fun if you play it.

That's because you were never politically involved.

That's what had people hooked, not running around with guns.

Umm... did you just say that? Graal comes with Movement, a Basic GUI INterface, a Standard Item-based System, and a couple Basic Weapons. The whole point of "custom" is that it is unique. Graal already comes with all of this, if you want to make your server different than the engine then you have to get it done yourself. Just because Graal doesn't send "support" to come and script for you doesn't mean that there are no "basic systems". It's all there, if you want something better hire a scripter
