another updateboard gmap bug

This post probably should go in the tech support forum, but updateboard fixes have been coinciding with v4, so I'll post this here.

When using updateboard on a gmap, where part of the updateboard could be on one level, and another part on another level, the built in reupdate thing updates inconsistently in the two different levels.
