Does anyone have the Scroll Of Melee?

I've been dying for the scroll of melee for ages, I dont know where to get it or how to get it or even who has it!

If you have it i'll buy it off you. Its annoying being a sorcerer, its useful though I just need the scroll of melee so I can use my melee weapons, thanks.
