Potions will not be used in the embassy x-x. Either will aura. If I had any of this stuff used inside it would destroy the building. It would have made spending all these weeks building it to specification pointless. I dont like wasting my time.

If anyone uses a bomb, I will hunt them to the ends of the earth. The embassy is my pride and joy. Dont hurt it, and I wont hurt you.

I am hoping that all can attend the summit. I think the time should be set to an early-ish one. So we can catch everyone still online maybe in europe and US. If anyone has a time suggestion I'd like to hear it. Forum PM me or in game PM me if you have any suggestions.

I told stefan that the embassy needs to be uploaded for the summit, so it should be ready.

Pffft you think nobody suspected this beforehand? I did, and without reading anything but the announcement about being there in bmode.

By the way, according to Draxx, he convinced Bosh to allow people to come to the meeting in Pmode. Bosh, confirm this.

Aye, I forgot XD. You can come in whatever mode you want. But it stays as planned. I dont know if we've got time for any rehersals for it. I am hoping we can do at least one so my soldiers know how to do it. If not then I shall conduct a few training exercises myself with the escort ship crews.

But basically our escort ship will arrive to each nation in counter clockwise order. Zormite Empire will already be at the castle, guests of the Shogun. So basically we will escort in this order. Forest, Bella, Dustari, Pirates. Once each kingdom arrives, they will be escorted via guard to their embassy.

Each ship will be put in a spot along the beach, our soldiers will park them, please leave your ship key in the ignition

Each kingdom will move into their seat in order they came in once all kingdoms arrive. And then we shall begin discussing our issues in order of who arrived first to last. Samurai's issue is last, as we are the host. Once an issue has been presented by a kingdom, the rest of the kingdoms will have a chance to debate. Once that is over we will vote (if necissary) and then move to the next kingdom for an issue. After the summit, kingdoms leave in order of arrival, as always.

So the order of things goes.

1.Messenger Delivers Invitation (day before or so)

2.Zormite Empire representatives will be guests at the island, and will automatically be at the island and will not require an escort.

3.Escort ship arrives to each kingdom to escort the VIP ship to our island.(Forest,Bella,Dustari,CP)

4. Kingdom is met at the dock by their guard who will show them the way to their embassy room.

5. Kingdoms must wait until summoned to the embassy chamber.

6. Embassy room will be locked (if we had that put in, if not ill have guards stand by).

7. I begin my opening speech.

8. Kingdom presents issue.

9. Other kingdoms present debates/supports for issue.

10. Kingdoms vote on issue.

11. Repeat of issue for each other kingdom until finished.

12. Kingdoms stay seated until guard arrives to their table to take them away.

13. Escort ship brings VIP ship in to near their dock/shipyard, and lets them go from there.

That will conclude things. I am thinking we start around 2:00PM EST or so, that way we might be able to catch most time zones that play kingdoms. So around 1:30PM EST escort ships will start going around I hope. We might run late, depends on how smoothly transport goes. I aim to have things starting by about 2:15PM-2:30PM regarding my opening speech.

Remember, time limit is 5mins per issue, debate, support. That should be everything you all need to know I hope, if I missed something, let me know. Again, if you are on pmode, thats fine. Just come to my summit please.
