Newbie Quest.

I tried playing Kingdoms today, and I ran into several problems. One, I was able to progress through without choosing a class. The other, after I reset and chose a classic, I went to do the newbie quest. I was supposed to find a choupe pet for the girl, but its not in the area where its supposed to be. It gives me the messages like it should but its not there. Another person told me that it was possible that someone else had found the pet and took it away instead of returning it. I am frustrated. Please help.

its clientside, but i dont play gk anymore...i dont pay 39 € every year for that crap
