Yes, Chris maybe I made a mistake but I still hope it wasn´t a mistake. A staff team chose 3 of the best and the players can vote for one of them. I still hope it works.

You didn't make any mistake. Your intentions were perfectly fine. You're trying to give the players a say, but sometimes the players will turn your noble intentions around into selfishness or jealousy.

I am making no such implication. Please do not fault my use of English until you know a little more about it.

The point is that participating in a vote is not particularly fun. It will be easily outweighed by the influence of a poorly-chosen EM.
