Changing levels via links

I am writing a movement system and moving the player by modifying their x and y values, but I can't seem to go through level links like this. Is there something special I have to do, like a 'canwarp2' for players?

I searched around before for something that allowed me to get values of level links, but unfortunately nothing. I don't think there is anything right now that is like what you are asking. Maybe in the new gscript there is?

You might have to use a gmap for your overworld since it acts as one level. Not entirely sure if this info helps.

If you're using freezeplayer, that's probably why.
I haven't had a problem with disabledefmovement and going through links.

it will definitely work if you are using disabledefmovement;

many servers do this

I'm not using the arrow keys to go through, I'm using a click-move system :/

you can still use disable def movement for a click-move

Apparently they're saying that freezeplayer doesn't allow you to change levels, but as far as I've ever done anything movement, if your character is touching a level link and the x/y changes, then you warp. It is not keyed to the default movement system (some servers redo movement and it works out fine) Disabledefmovement is what you'll want to use.

I had a similar problem , try disabledefmovement as prescribed above , also a weird bug with movement system , if you have something say , gp boots or speed boots whatever , and your on a gmap hold ctrl while walking in a direction , post what happens k ? XD Tell me thats not weird XD
