I feel like arguing because I just found this playerworld on my hard drive today while cleaning out and decided to check it out. Not that it matters, but
Anyways:
The start was nothing special. Typical "our hero awakes," but no storyline was included, so, I didn't think much of it. Anyways, There are four NPC Characters in the onlinestartlocal. They were very informative for someone who was generally new to graal or new to the server and how staff things went. Useful, actually

The creator knew exactly what he was aiming for and got it right on the nose. Everything was so streamlined you could find out infomational about everything. Buildings People Surrondings. Good Job Team!

Okay, first and foremost, I saw some ugly looking trees in onlinestartlocal. If this is infact some of the addons you are referring to, I don't see how having clashy images is creative in the slightest bit. I'm referring to (utp_palmt.gif), incase you were wondering. I liked the different colored mushrooms and flowers. I thought those were a nice touch.
A lot of background information on places was presented, but you would think with all of this going on they would be able to concoct a decent storyline.
The most I would give it would be a 6/10.

Levels - 8/10 - Ok This is one of the best parts of the server. The levels we're clean-cut smooth and rather advanced tileing.I like how the path's kinda flowed nicely into each other it was a real nice touch. The main towns are nice how they are connected and have npcs guarding the way into the next town it was a nice touch.
The style and leveling tileing remained consistent and followed nicely through-out the whole server.

The levels...Like I said, the trees...they clashed (utp_palmt.gif), REALLY badly. It was like looking at a dark green ground and a bright yellow/green palm tree. Eye-soring.
The style was continuous, so I'm going to be somewhat lenient and give it a
5/10 for trying and doing decent.

NPC's - 6/10 - They had basic NPC's that you see on almost all servers that I disliked. The stanard of codeing wasnt great. I seen some NPCS that could cause Lag with alot of players. But then they had some really nice looking npc's. I liked the hat system. They were orginal hats. The fact that that people around the towns gave you ''mini quests'' I found quite a nice idea.

I agree for the most part.
Server systems were decent, and the weapons and jobs were decent as well. I was impressed with the add-ons they did to the generic NPCs and whatnot (I won't go into detail for privacy/theft reasons.) Sorry.
6/10

Quests - 9/10 - Lots of quests. Some would say too many but not me. Thesse are NOT Mindless kill this and kill that. Thesse require basic thinking. Thats something almost new to graal. There not just Heart quests, sword or even shields there are NPCS like Pistols and all kinds of things to make it more intresting to the player.

Quests...I can't say I was too pleased. Yes, there were a lot, but most of them weren't very questy-like and/or wasn't very time consuming. Most of them were infact slash the baddies or NPC Characters, or ones where you had to avoid small traps like hidden warps (annoying) and/or solve easy trivia. I've seen this on a lot of playerworlds, so I'm not too pleased with this.
For the most part, they seemed thought out, they just lacked the scripting/level talent to really make them something special by using advanced traps and whatnot (won't discuss/go into detail.)
I'd give it a 6/10 at the most for having a diversity of quest types and placing the rewards sensibly.

One small question, this playerworld looks really familiar. Did you guys submit once a long time ago?
