Obviously I did recieve this job for other reasons, as I am not popular...I was given this job because I have always strictly enforced rules, and that is what Unixmad wants, period

What if they feel that posting on the forum is a more effective method for encouraging change?

Encouraging change is fine, legitament concerns are fine, giving positive input or critisim is fine...this is not what is done for the most part on the public forums...most of the time it is a "you suck" "so and so for supermod" etc.... type of threads which does nothing to help anything. Also, I dont think having a bunch of threads about the same thing started over and over is going to help anything either
