Problem when Posting

for the past few days i have been ailed by a problem

i will post a reply to someone's topic, then when i try to post another reply on a different thread, or even different forum for that matter, i wont let me and it will say:

"could not find phrase 'throttle'"

It seems to me that this error keeps me from making more than one post per day, as when a day passes and i try to make a post, it will let me, only once,

note: this is an error i found on these forums, and i didnt know where else to put this post

Classic members are only able to post once every 8 hours.
