It would suck to get an infraction and then not be able to pursue the matter any further because the mods have 'made up their mind'. This is also why I disagree with the whole 'Don't talk about bans / infractions'. Public opinion should indeed be taken into consideration since we are the forums.

The domain makes no difference, it is the content that has to be graal related.
Also, you can ask for permission for url's that you aren't sure of.
