I didn't live there long enough to experiance any of that stuff, just a few months in the Spring
Update: One of the trees I was worried about, just came down, and smashed my neighbors fence. I am thankful it went that way instead of on my house. It's a big tree, and my neighbors house is far enough away, that the tree missed their house, but not their wood fence
Thank Goodness it was the top of the tree that snapped, and not the whole tree
