I would also like to point out that just because someone does this on a specific SN, does not mean it is the same person that you might think it is. It might not be.
It could simply be someone else using that SN to make it look like someone else is doing it.
I have seen people on Graal use many SN's on AIM to do this kind of thing, and it was never who you might think it was...
