I can't help N-Pulse anymore working under other peoples ideas, I've been doing that forever, and in the end it never comes out to a good result. I have my own ideas and my own perspective of what's best, and It's a lot different than anything N-Pulse has had over the last years and last few managers. If you're willing to work with my ideas and let me try what I want without stopping me, only offering advice,as I told you I'd let you do if you worked under me, I think we can peacefully co-manage. If it comes down to where I'm your "worker" and doing your plans and what you say, no, I'm no longer interested in working that way.

The players are what matter...not you, not me....if the players get what they want (within limits), they will be happy, and NP will grow...
I would never say if I didnt become Manager, I would give up...even though the staff for a long time didnt give a rats patute what I had to say, I was still there, and I have no idea why...
the players run Graal, without them, Graal is nothing....
I will always be for NP, no matter what.
I have nothing more to say on this subject, it is up to higher ups now, and I will go with whatever they decide, and STILL be there for NP all the way....
