So do all other people who have never used RC before...everyone has to learn, some learn faster than others. It doesn't mean they necessarily "suck"
I mean, how do you learn how to do something unless you do it?
I remember when I first became Manager, I didnt have a clue what I was doing, and had to ask soooo many questions, or just figure it out on my own.
Falco; The best thing to do is to have a clear set of rules for your staff before they are hired, so they know what they are allowed to do and what they are not allowed to do. These rules should be typed up and maybe be put in a staff folder on RC. <
