Stefan: Personally, I don't see why a offline editor would be counter-productive. You make money by people purchasing playerworlds or by playerworlds that have such appeal that people purchase...

Well, an online editor would work fine if they did give each registered user to have a single lvl that they could access and build online. Though making it only for subscribers still stops people...

I assumed that the easiest method of integrating the new scripts into the lvl editor would be to add in a dumym NPC server, if one the other hand, they just coded the editor to accept the new scripts...
