The support center is not taking any support tickets I make. What should I do?

Seems to work for me just fine, in which department are you creating the ticket for?

zone i created one yesterday and it worked just fine. it also says my address may be blocked but i don't know why it would be.

For the future, when you need help, aka support with something, post in the "Tech Support" forum.

What's the exact error you get while attempting to submit the ticket?

Anyway, ignore that statment he said, the Tech Support forum gets alot of attention. Most likely Ibonic or unixmad will be able to fix your problem, especially if it has something to do with your Support Center account itself.

Well, creating a lot of tickets about the same or very similar issues. What's the reason for that?

I didn't. I only did that once and when I did I apologized because I realized my mistake. I have only remade one ticket.

Ibonic, I made a support ticket earlier today, it has been read but not reaplyed to or dealt with... I was wondering if you could find out if my problem will be resolved please

This topic was for poopers problems, not yours.

Your not the only one with support tickets opened. If you JUST opened it today, then wait for a response within about 48 hours (usually the max time).
