i registered with the GraalDesk but when I try logging in it says invalid username (case sensitive) and i copied and pasted my username and password from the email and it still didnt work

Can someone please help? (it wont let me edit for some reason so i have to post again)

first 1tip don't double post, did u activate the account, if not do that, and/or try to make a new username, something like a firewall could be blocking it.
make sure u got everything right before that.

Try the username in all lowercase. Even if your account is ''UsERName'' put ''username''

It still doesnt work, it says invalid password when I dont capitalize it. And sorry for double posting but it wouldnt let me edit my post so i had to post again

Something like this happened to me before. When I created the account, I clicked on the link several times, and the account didn't create, even though it gave me the confirmation message.

I have a similar problem (unless it was recently fixed and nobody told me). It emails me a new password which does not work. :(
