About all the problems
 

It's sad to see that when there is problems peoples don't talk and just say "I am leaving or that's bad"...

I have put time to explain that I will make my best to reorganize the team and make peoples focus on there task and not on making them more powerful.

If your goal is to thread me, your are out of luck since I don’t like to take decisions under pressure, I prefer that everyone explain his/her point of view and I take decisions.

If now you think you can not wait or that I will take decision because of your pressure it’s better to leave, the game was running before you and will run after you and all this is just pushing me to take more full time staff and less players to help.

So your saying your looking for more staff?

Fair enough, but what of those who DO stay? will they be fired?

We will have next week a new full time staff there in the cyberjoueurs Paris office to do scripting and help Stefan.

from my perspective, it seems that everyone wants to crucify contego because of some stuff he's done, and thats why many staff have quit.

Like i said i don't want to fire anyone ! Everyone must understand it's a game and we are there to have fun not to fight.

If there is always problem with players that help us, then we will have less players to help and more full time profesionnal staff, that's where all this fight make me going...

We have tried to talk before and it has not worked. contego rc was supposdley dropped to level 1; he has all rights still though so infact he never lost any power.

We do not want to hurt you or try to hurt graal. We will not stand by though and put up with contego arrogance and ego.

I'm not upset at what he did power wise, because it would of all been fixed afterwords. But his disposition twords me, the utter insult to me as a person not a staff member or anything else. Thats what got me upset, I would of not taken that even if i was not staff. That is why I got upset, the fact that he said that to me than continued to claim he was the assitant GM, it just discusted me that he could conintue with his conduct like that.

LvL 1 RC with level 3-4 rights isnt really a change =\ only problem is that you cant do certain stuff.

That's false Contego is level 1 like all other Staff.

The only staff that need level 4 is the one that manage accounts (james205).

Like i said we go more on local rights and i hope to cancel in the near future general rights, staff need to have rights for making there job and not global rights that make them god.

I watched him set rights last night, and loriel loaded his rights earlier tiday and he had all of them

rights are different than levels. he has a level 1 rc, but local level4 rights.

I finally am happy to see you do something about global RCs, unixmad. I'm not calling the global RCs corrupt, I'm saying they don't need all those rights. What about AMs though? Shouldn't they get level 4 to help out James? James will have a lot of work to do...

Please lay off Contego. Contego simply came on to say that he was in the PROCESS to fire Torankusu. He does not fire anyone without talking to Unixmad. If you get to know him, he's a great guy and will make staff good.

Contego is giving Graal the 'spring cleaning' for staff that it needs.

All those staff who are leaving, don't even diserve to be staff.

Yea contego is nice if you got to know him. What staff will be 'laid off' when you hire people to help? Like will Police, Faq, and ET be or only the High Admins.

From what was in that log, not only is Contego a self-centered, pompous ass, he also talks utter nonsense through the entire log. Example, and I paraphrase: "NO! Playerworld Reviewers inspect playerworlds and Playerworld Inspectors review them!!"
I mean, that just blew my mind how idiotic some of his statements were. Even though I've not liked Bird in the past, I've gained a lot of respect for him through reading that log and even more respect for Alkaren and Soto. Whoever this "nem" person is, he seems to be kissing Contego's ass, but whatever. I think that the staff were justified in leaving with such a high-rolling bastard presiding over them.
