The first one is better, but still, both over done over the top. I would give a B+ or A- rating.

Things I'd do to improve:

-Let plain grass take a stronger role.
-Do something about the sides of the mountainous area there. It is an eyesore.
-Would have made the level to seem to have some purpose or no purose at all. It seems conflicted between the two.

I agree, I'm working on using the more pyramid shapes. :)

Yeah, its just a level for aimee to warpto and just idle or something.

I see how it is.. just ignore me.

Too detailed. Do it with predefined tiles and ill give you 10/10.
