CHMODing is not required since your PHP scripts already have rw access to your directory. However some scripts are badly coded and are trying to find if the directlry he's going to write to is chmoded 777. I recommand you to use normal scripts or to "hack" them to override this [useless] check.

You said that there is no point in discussing other web hosting since graal isnt a web hsoting system etc etc but can we STILL tell people about webhosting? I mean, we can't talk about MMORPG's and since web hosting has become a part of VIP I'm just wondering x_x;

I've used Crystal 1 like 3 years ago when EL was up and they used FTP to upload when KA always found out the password then screwed up the server like monthly :O.

Then he became Guild Admin. Most likely because stefan/unix wanted the atks to stop. Then the new RC came out anyway.

How am I supposed to do this? I go to the site, and nothing is there. It says log in, I put in my account and pass and it doesn't do anything.. :/ It goes back to the Login page.

i think you are already registered as soon as you log in for the first time. then just use your login info on an ftp client.

Im guessing you used an admin-playerworld which has no email in the account info?
If so, try this:

*Put an e-mail address in the email spot
*Click ok/apply
*Go back to the vip.graal.net thing and login and click 'resend email'

My email was allready set and I dont see a resend email button anywhere???
