House restoration

Hey all,

today we just restored the house of Deas_Voice, and all of his old items are available again.

If you have an old house, and you know you have some good old goodies in there, buy the house restoration scroll in the EC shop and get it back !

I just obtained a house key from the locksmith guy in Bogenera since Stephen and someone else talked about it in another thread.

Someone else said they obtained 2 (3?) unique house keys from that guy. I said "buy master key" 3 times and got 3 keys, but they all stacked. I figured the guy might say "you own all of your master keys" or something like that.

Now, I have the key to my house that I built a couple days ago, and I have the key from my most recent house that fell. I'm pretty sure that I only had one house before this most recent one that fell, so did I just obtain 3 master keys to the really old house? Is there a way to tell?

If I remember correctly, it gives you the master key to the last house that you entered that you own.

Strictly speaking it is the house you last opened with a master key since it is possible to enter your own house without using your own key.

Oh, I guess that it seemed like it was implied you could pick up the master keys of any dead houses, but maybe it was said in a way that just meant you could if it was the last house you were in that fell.

So I guess it isn't possible to get a house restored if you don't have the key and you entered a different house of yours more recently?

How far back does this thing go?
And how many houses can I restore?
What if my house fell 8 years ago?
What if I had several houses? (can i restore them all?)

The information is in another thread, but the basics are:
You need to own the master key to that house in order to have it restored.
Nico said that he can restore houses that go all the way back to 2003, so you should be fine there.
The Houserestoration scroll costs 40 EC to craft.
