Light NPCs, How do you choose your color!?

I have no clue how to work light NPCs in Ganis, I have a copy of a Gani from Zone, which has a blue light NPC, can someone tell me how I go about adding a Light NPC, and how I edit the values for the color.

Gratefully,
Desear

P.S.
Thanks to anyone that helps.

First, you have to add the lights as a normal image in GraalShop and place them somewhere. Every sprite in GraalShop has an index number. Remember the one of the light.
Then, open the .gani in a text editor, and add a line under the definitions of the sprites.

NPC Code:
COLOREFFECT INDEX R G B A

Just write the number you remembered as the index, and choose your RGB values, and set the alpha :]

Also, the value for RGB in Graal is between 0-1(I have NO idea why...). 0 for no color, 1 for full color(as in 1 for red means there will be 100% red coloring).

If you want to translate RGB values from photoshop/MSPaint and the sorts, just divide the 'true' RGB by 255 to get it on a scale from 0-1.
