And artist that tells you that they don't know the meaning to their own creation, but rather, it has multiple meanings depending on what people think has absolutely no clue about what they are talking about.
People interpret art in different ways BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF IT. I'm not moaning, I'm speaking with some sense, which you seem to lack if you couldn't read the context clues and figure that out.
There is so much controversy behind the Mona Lisa because no one knows exactly what it's supposed to mean. I bet if Da Vinci would have finished it and explained his reasoning behind making it, then there wouldn't be so much hype on it.
Even abstract artists know what they're creating. Other people might think it's something else, but he/she knows what it truly is.
