I would pay gelats for house constitution potions, like ones that will restore your house to 100%, keep it alive for a month, or 3 months etc. It would help a lot of players out that go on vacation, have personal issues come up and can't play for extended periods of time..

A scroll that pushes your house constitution up from 100% to 200 or 500 or 1000 would be equally impressive. 1000% house would last like 3 years?

Also, after discussing it in-game it became apparently a reality. The Archers price setting of 35EC's has inadvertently shattered the glove market, especially the melee base one. Being considered the 3rd best choice of glove from all available gloves those that are seen as lesser - every other glove - should see massive price drops. The Giant's set was already made less of a necessity for the most elite and more of a luxury, this development on glove values may see Giant's fall further from grace than it already has with Dragon Plate + Archers being an affordable alternative.

Glove rankings (melee): Giants > Shinings > Archers > Str Marks > Str Gauntlets > Serpents > Dragonhide's > Samurai Gloves > Bandits > Leuc Gauntlets > AC/WC havoks > All other gloves.

This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it means that we have one more slot to be less fussed over in terms of expense, which can only be a good thing.

Houses take 90 days to lose 100% constitution. A 1000% house would last about two and a half years.

I agree that a gelat item to do that would be awesome, but it's not a replacement for either drastically reducing the rate at which houses decline or providing a way for house owners to get back items they've lost from a fallen house.

Ty for the accurate numbers.

But I don't think there should be a reduction in the rate houses decline, 90 days is a long time to be away, and what with p2p coming to an end, logging in for 2 minutes to give your house some attention isn't too much to ask.

I also don't think house owners should have a claim to 100% of the items lost when a house falls. I feel that some of it should be backed up for them to claim later on, and some to be among the rubble (which isn't nearly enough) when a house falls, the remaining could be underground, needing to be dug up. There should be consequences for neglect.

I would love a way to recover items after a house has died. Is there even a way to do that at all? I've lost so much in houses because I couldn't afford gold to get to my house..

I hope to see better gloves from here, seeing Archers are so cheap and available.

The problem with 'better' gloves is that GK's stat cap (30) is so low that there's not a big range of varied items you can make and it's so easy to make an item completely overpowered. Look at Ring of War for example just +1 more on str, dex and con is too much power.
