Inflation costs 18000 and only last 14 days.
So, you'd need to hold a minimum of 5 flags for the entire duration, just to cover the cost. (Should be reduced to 12000, or last 21 days) @Inflation
Which leads to points for other bonuses, which just seem pretty blah, save for the fertile one. (If your whole kingdom saved sapphires and went on a DoPV frenzy or something) @Soil
Boats don't even work. (Fix them up, possibly make these ships go up to 110% speed, or not need cannonballs to fire.. something cool) @Naval
Not sure if cities means flags? If so.. pointless to have more hp to slow the lone probably 1 guy on the entire island from killing it. (Perhaps it would be cool if this bonus made houses not deteriorate for the duration or at halfspeed) @Infrastructure
No-one uses the ferry. Too slow, and it's just like 5plat anyway. (This could make those market stands, and maybe also House Flags free too) @Tax
My ideas to improve the bonuses in parenthesis, I'll try to think of some new ones later or something. Right now they're pretty boring tho.
