One thing I have noticed a lot with the support site is that players aren't including their account names. Please do so... it makes it much easier for us to check the information regarding your accounts and also speeds up the process.

The support center is checked by the server Administrators mostly. I don't think the PWA's are involved. At least that's how it is for the iServers.

I can't be around enough to be of any real help.

I know things have changed since I left but I'm going to assume a couple things here. The PWA didn't handle support in the past for Zone, GK and iservers. Their support was done internally so I'm assuming that hasn't changed with the new support center. I do know that Gabriel has responded through the new support center so I'd also assume that Stephen does as well.

A central location for support has to be of help to the players so regardless of who is doing what it seems to be an improvement.
