Recipe Bug

Aren't all recipes learned supposed to be listed in /recipes?

Today I bought a recipe called Booze of Flying, thinking I hadn't read it before since it wasn't listed in /recipes.
However, it said I already possess the knowledge and when I tried /recipe Booze of Flying, it says Please specify the name of a known recipe!

So now I've realized there's been other recipes I've successfully learned that aren't listed in /recipes as well. Is this a bug?

I will look into it. Thanks for your feedback.

There is a bug in recipes (pretty sure this wasn't fixed, haven't looked in a while) that listed one of ingredients in the recipe name instead of the actual recipe name.

I'm assuming your 'Booze of Flying' is actually 'Balm of Flying' as there is 1 booze in that recipe.

Thank you, Nico.

Damix, you're correct. I have Balm of Flying. It's slightly confusing when they're like that. Spiker mentioned the same, that the recipe scroll will contain an ingredient in the name. He said that DoPV could be Carrots of Piercing Vision.

I find it strange that the Booze of Flying lists the ingredients when I reread it, like it's supposed to be a real recipe.

Yeah, this bug has been going on for a long time. The recipe books originally listed the recipe name when you right-clicked them, then something weird happened one day and made them list the first ingredient of each recipe in the name instead.

Chances are that there was probably a misplaced or missing apostrophe somewhere in the code that determines each recipe's nomenclature, since having one too few or too many can easily change the way code is interpreted.

And yeah, thank you for finally looking into this. It has been kind of annoying to deal with.
