Take some anger management classes.. I heard beating your head into a wall helps.
Not one of those cheesy hollow walls though, you gotta go for full on concrete.
And not that wussy smooth concrete, I'm talking about the rough stuff.
And make sure you do it multiple times as well, I heard it helps to release more anger.
If you can't find any rough concrete walls, large sturdy trees are a good substitution.
But not those new trees, they're too soft.. you have to get one of the 200 year old trees.
Come to think of it, you could always become a lumberjack, I heard that's a good way to ease your stress.
Lumberjacks are friendly people, even though they are usually very burly, they are nice because they take out their aggression on trees.
You should become a lumberjack then. Make sure you move to Canada, I heard they have nice forests.
