On Topic: Darlene, removing the ability to leave a way to name so people don't return the favor for pos rep won't work. People will just say "Hey + rep me and i'll + rep you". As i have said and others have said. it'd be nice to find out who neg/pos reped you because if you were neg reped, you'd be able to ask them why and maybe correction the situation.

Edit: You changed your post, and I know who Exhausted is. A legit post is still legit though. Your trying to play a game of semantics. Considering were both wasting our time typing these messages as they should be deleted for being off topic. I choose to end this off topic discussion with you. I'd think we both agree the subject has changed from what it was originally
