Scaming is wrong! Someone worked hard for his money and you take it from him! That jsut should feel wrong.
Though i do agree that that's persons name to buy an items which was sold for hell of a price...

I thought Jap was better then to scam... guess he's not...

Loriel said to me that :
"On the rules page, there is no rule saying that admins may not
take 20000 gralat from you for fun. So?"

So, is there a way to get him fired for this wrong doing of taking 20k for fun from me? Then having more fun and giving 20k to AcidIce. And since it was legal and what he said above, he was implying that he took from me 20k for fun, and gave 20k to AcidIce for fun. Is it legal or allowed to give 20k to someone? I dont know, maybe another admin, or someone higher than Loriel doesnt liek his actions, and should fire him. He may give someone else 20k for "fun".

Liek I had said TWICE before, if you work VERY hard for your money, then why risk buying an unknown priced apple? Say I value my REAL money very much, I dont keep it out for friends to steal. I keep it away, hidden. I dont keep it where it is vonerable from being taken.

I dont know why, the only thing I disagreed with you with is that you think its illegal with more money value. I mean you agreed that with those elements of an apple buy is legal with low value scam. Half right, half is .5, .5 rounds up to 1, 1 is a whole, ALRIGHT!

If he didn't have a banner that said "FREE APPLES" then it's not illegal. Who took the money away?

Why do people think this has something to do with me? This whole thing is none of my business. It's between Jap and Loriel. I was not there, and I was not present for all of this. So please folks, leave me out of this.

You are invlovled by presenting the rules to Loriel. And he told me to ask you if i was legal or illegal, so he obivously cares about your opinion.

Well,
Police (Chief) is one of the most trusted admins, for some reason (although most of them have been demoted because of corruption, or whatever). You actually do have a say in what is legal or not. If you weren't there, then present the rules anyway.

So you don't agree with how he should have walked away if it meant so much to him? Or, agree with the rules, or wait to see the price and ten say buy item 1?

If you do not attempt to do it then nothing that you feel is just will get done. You are supposed to be upholding justice and whatnot, which means you have an opinion that actually matters 'legal-wise' on graal.

No I don't agree with anything you said.If he waited and it was 0 it obviously would have been gone..I could care less about gralats hence why I have only 1 so it would never really matter to me.

Then that is his fault for waiting. You either take a chance of it being 20,000g/0g, or don't buy any apples at all.

I think jap should get the 20k.. sure it's a lot of money, but wtf, you can't draw lines here, he scammed the guy, the guy got scammed, case closed.. it does not matter how much it was..

So you people saying it was wrong, how? Just because it was a lot? So there is a limit on how much you can scam someone for? Since when? I didn't know about any limit.. It's like, you can rip someone out of a bomy, or rip a couple thousand off them, and that's fine? If it's all the money they have, it shouldn't be "fine" so to say 20k makes a difference in this doesn't make sense.. He bought the apple for 20k, therefore, that is what he gets.. is it not? Jap did NOT force him to buy an apple, he didn't trick him saying every one would be free.. and from what I know from being police, unless the person set their banner to free apples, had their name as "giving out free apples" or massed they were giving out free apples, then it's perfectly legal, no mater how much it was.

Saying it's wrong just because it was a lot is ridiculous.. give jap the 20k, it's wrong to take 20k from someone for selling an apple worth that price.. when will it end? Next some kid will be like "I bought this hat for 400 I thought he was going to sell it for less! He scammed I want it back!"

I agree
Jap. (1/14/2002 4:26:56 PM):
It's legal to scam someone with apples if you had no banner that said free, no
police were there, and I never said they would always be 0 right?

Alkaren Hyralt (Police) (1/14/2002 5:04:21 PM):
Scamming is legal without police witness. But if Loriel chooses to be one scam
illegal, that is his choice, as an admin.
Your an ******* for doing it whether it was legal or not. People on graal need to stop thinking, "is it legal" and "how far can I stretch the boundaries".

Jap deserves the 20K. AcidIce's own dumb fault that he lost it all buying an apple. Scamming is nature's way of weeding out the dumb people. As if AcidIce really needs any money anyway. I'm sure he has like everything you can possibly buy by now, and then some. Greedy ****tards.
