Thinking about things, what do you think?

I think Midi's description fits the manager; the dev admin should be a decent scripter and organizer.

But thats just my opinion.

DEVELOPMENT admin doesn't have to be a fabulous scripter.

Also, doesn't make sense that GAT/LAT/NAT etc are merged together.
They're different skills that require different leadership for each area.
The fact that our development staff is merged together is a big mistake by itself.
