Well maybe but if made correctly and imported at the right time, as well as having the correct players use it, it may be extremely effective.

It would take up to much time though, I would prefer staff to work on fixing bugs and improving the state of the current game rather then adding something like this which would take up a great deal of effort and time which should be used on other matters.
